Using Outrun

Our Services: Outrun provides data synchronization between platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM. We standardize, clean, and transfer your data automatically.

Your Account: You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You're liable for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use: Use our services lawfully and don't interfere with our systems or other users. You must have proper authorization for all data you sync through our platform.

Pricing and Billing

Free Tier: We offer a free tier with usage limits subject to fair use policies.

Paid Plans: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment: Keep your payment information current. We may suspend access for non-payment after 7 days and terminate after 14 days.

Data and Privacy

Your Data: You own your data. We process it only to provide our synchronization services. We don't use your business data for our own purposes.

Security: We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption and access controls.

Third-Party Integrations: You're responsible for maintaining valid accounts with integrated services. Their terms apply to your use of those services.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with minimal notice.

Data Loss: Back up your data. We're not liable for data loss except as outlined in our liability section.

Termination

By You: Cancel anytime with one month's notice. You'll pay fees through your termination date.

By Us: We may terminate with one month's notice, or immediately if you breach these terms.

Liability and Legal

Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond our reasonable efforts to recover it.

Indemnity: You'll indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes will be resolved in Victoria, Australia.

Important Details

Changes: We may update these terms with 60 days' notice for material changes. Continued use means acceptance.

Intellectual Property: We own our platform. You own your data. Any feedback you provide may be used by us.
