What counts as a sync?
A sync is counted every time data is moved between your connected apps. This includes imports, exports, real-time updates, and scheduled synchronizations.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.
What happens if I exceed my sync limit?
We'll notify you when you approach your limits. You can upgrade your plan or your syncs will pause until the next billing cycle.
How do connectors work?
Each connector links to one data source (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). You can connect multiple instances of the same service - each counts as one connector.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You only pay the monthly subscription fee. Enterprise customers may have optional professional services fees.
Can I add more users to my plan?
Pro and Team plans have fixed user limits. For more users, you can upgrade to the next tier or contact sales for custom Enterprise pricing.
