What counts as a sync?
A sync is counted every time data is moved between your connected apps. This includes imports, exports, real-time updates, and scheduled synchronizations.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.
What happens if I exceed my sync limit?
You'll be charged for overages at your plan's rate (Starter: $0.15/sync, Pro: $0.10/sync, Team: $0.08/sync). We'll notify you when you approach your included limit so there are no surprises.
How do connectors work?
Each connector links to one data source (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). You can connect multiple instances of the same service - each counts as one connector.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You only pay the monthly subscription fee. Enterprise customers may have optional professional services fees.
How do overage charges work?
Each plan includes a set number of syncs. If you exceed this, you're charged per additional sync at your plan's overage rate. Higher tiers have lower overage rates, making them more cost-effective for high-volume usage.
