What counts as a sync?
A sync is counted every time data is moved between your connected apps. This includes imports, exports, real-time updates, and scheduled synchronizations.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.
What happens if I exceed my sync limit?
We'll notify you when you approach your included limit. You can upgrade your plan or pay for additional syncs at your plan's overage rate. No surprises - you're always in control.
How do connectors work?
Each connector links to one data source (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). You can connect multiple instances of the same service - each counts as one connector.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You only pay the monthly subscription fee. Enterprise customers may have optional professional services fees.
How do overage charges work?
Each plan includes a set number of syncs. If you exceed this, you're charged per additional sync at a competitive rate. Contact us for details on volume pricing and custom plans.
