Loon Shoot Pty Ltd (operating as Outrun) is a software company registered in Victoria, Australia. We provide an AI-powered data platform delivered as a cloud service. Our workforce is small and primarily based in Australia. We do not manufacture physical goods.
Our Supply Chain
As a software-as-a-service company, our supply chain is primarily digital. Our key suppliers are:
- Cloud infrastructure providers — data centre hosting, compute, and storage (Hetzner Online GmbH, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services)
- AI model providers — machine learning inference services (Google Vertex AI, Anthropic)
- Email delivery providers — transactional email services (Amazon SES, Resend Inc.)
- Software and tooling vendors — development tools, monitoring, and operational services
- Professional services — legal, accounting, and advisory services
Risk Assessment
We assess our modern slavery risk as low, based on the following factors:
- We do not manufacture, procure, or distribute physical goods
- Our workforce consists of skilled technology professionals engaged under Australian employment law
- Our primary suppliers are large, publicly listed technology companies with their own modern slavery reporting obligations and published statements
- We do not operate in industries or regions identified as high-risk for forced labour or human trafficking
Steps We Take
Despite our low risk profile, we take the following steps:
- We review the modern slavery statements and ethical conduct policies of our key suppliers
- We require all personnel to comply with applicable laws, including anti-slavery legislation
- We include compliance-with-law obligations in our supplier agreements
- We will report any suspected modern slavery to the relevant authorities
