2. What categories do you need?

- Support request -- Look up the customer in your CRM, create a support ticket, route to the assigned account manager

Setting Up the Agent
Step 1: Connect Your Email Source
Link the email account the agent will monitor. This typically uses OAuth or an app-specific password. The agent gets read access to incoming messages and the ability to send replies on behalf of the inbox.
Step 2: Configure the Classification Prompt

Testing Your Email Agent
Do not go live without testing. Here is a safe deployment sequence:

Forward test emails. Send 10-15 real emails (from your recent inbox) to the monitored address. Check that the agent classifies each one correctly and extracts the right data.

Check the actions. Verify that CRM records were created or updated correctly. Check that routing went to the right person. Review any auto-reply drafts before enabling auto-send.

Run in monitor mode. Enable the agent in a mode where it classifies and routes but holds all actions for your approval. Review each action before it executes. Do this for 2-3 days.
